Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.0 Douchie kind of house. A lot of insecure "bro" types who rely on the frat to look legit. The ladies that hang there are really the same type of phony, socially insecure people. Just because you "look" like you're cool doesn't mean you really are. Kind of a bunch of weasels to be honest.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.2 Every time I come here it's an amazing time. Guys aren't stuck up like most frats and are more fun. Dj is awesome. Tier system really is BS cause I've had a much better experience here than frats that are supposed to be "top tier"
