Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 4.7 Honestly one of my favorites on campus. They've been getting so much better and it's only looking good for them. Arguably one of the nicest brotherhoods and they throw some great party's. Would definitely recommended going here more
