Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Pennsylvania State University, University Park - PSU 3.0 Their socials are absolute sausage fests. They let way too many people inside to parties to the point where the dance floor breaks. Also several of the brothers give off bad vibes and are just plain creepy.
