The hottest, smartest, biggest, or the one with the most class is not in this fraternity. At most they are average . . . but I would pledge them over delta chi because at least the theta are good human beings.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 4.2 They've become the smart, successful boy frat but it shows, they are stuck up. Not active on campus either. I like Delta better for socializing.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at State University of New York College at Cortland - SUNYCC 1.0 I mean they are trying, but they kinda aren't the best. They are kinda low, they are small, and no one wants to rush them. I wish they were good, but they aren't. Want to see them thrive, but they'll be second or third. Delta Chi or Kappa Sig will always prevail.
