technically there is nothing illegal about being in an org, but we all know that former SDT sorority was kicked off campus for hazing and all of the girls created SXS so they could still be a group or have a name for themselves. they’re an underground sorority using SXS, a completely legal incorporation, to hide that fact. it’s simple.

If it was an org it wouldn’t be illegal. The illegal part is they use sxs as a name but still give out big sisters / big brothers and sorority baskets and tell rushes that they use the name sxs in order to try to not get in trouble. The school still investigates them but they haven’t gotten caught yet. If was an actual organization girls would be able to join them and another sorority. So yeah there is nothing wrong with being in an organization but if youre ignoring the fact that they act like a sorority and hide those parts from the school so that is illegal.

yes they got kicked off of campus in 2015 and are still being investigated, when the school starts cracking down on them again you risk getting arrested/expelled. they lie a lot and hide things to get unaware girls to join but you cant really "rush" them considering they're not a sorority..

BS look up non profit organization on google. Nothing illegal about it. Not an underground sorority, just not a sorority. It’s an org. Know your terminology
