SigEp is a club for freshmen and sophomores. Most quit/drop as juniors. No one wants to live in the house.

I agree with that except the last part. Getting into the house is uber competitive. My friend couldn't get in. The juniors hand pick which sophomore get to live in and there's no guarantee.

I hate SigEp but they are still top tier because of their nice house. People only go to their parties b/c of their spacious dance area. The sophomores and freshmen are fuccbois and a degeneration of SigEp's legacy. Their rush process is also really stupid.
