going off their tumblr it looks like their PC is really good but it seems like once again their preferences went to wealthy girls. a little annoying but they're doing well rush wise so it's fine.

like the reason aphi doesn't get sh-it from theta on this website is bc they don't hopelessly compare themselves to theta the way pi phi tries to. when you actually respect other sororities and let them do their own thing, you stay out of the drama. aphi and pi phi are middle tier, but at yale middle tier is still REALLY GOOD. just chill out!

Even though they have a house and Pi Phi doesn't, they still didn't beat them in recruitment this year. They did equally well. From what I can tell both got really good freshmen, not as good as Theta, but still strong PCs on both ends. But the fact that Pi Phi doesn't have a house and still did just as well as in the past says a lot. APhi is on the rise but Pi Phi is still solidly getting top girls, the difference is APhi just started getting top girls in the past couple years. Oh and their PC is somehow even less diverse than Pi Phi's...

Correct. Rich girls like them, most frats not so much except Leo and maybe DKE/SigEp/SigNu. I heard that they've kicked out lower income sisters for not being able to pay their dues which are apparently the most expensive...
