Let's see what happens now that they no longer have the best house on campus.

The more sophomores that drop membership, the more the chapter needs to increase the size of the pledge classes and then there is less sense of the brotherhood and less sense of duty and responsibility. It's an organizational death spin.

I already know a good amount of Sophomores ('18) who have disengaged with the fraternity. See, this is the problem with large pledge classes. such an issue.

More of a sophomore class club than a fraternity. Most leave after junior year.

C'mon boys -- walk the talk. You are all talk and no action. Why would anyone think you are tops?

weird "pledging." I see sigep '18 having dinner meals all the time and they look really BORED. Not clicking well. MOREOVER, a SigEp '18 guy I know says that the "pledging" is very weird: like doing reports on what you did at toad's, to apologizing to "mommy and daddy" if they can't make a meeting/event. They also have to do bios, which is honestly a very superficial way to get to know each other and bond. The group doesn't feel close TBH, but to be expected as they did choose a weird group

Great frat, lots of hot guys. Mix with theta and pi phi (top sororities). A lot of fun. I think people just hate on them because it's not the kind of frat where you feel unsafe and skeeved out going to mixers (looking at you SAE)

horrendous brotherhood. way too large pledge class. they ain't tight and the class has tons of floaters and dropouts. Most dropouts go to the SAE crowd.

Definitely the decline due to some questionable choices with the '18 pledge class. SigNu and SAE are definitely taking over.
