Can anyone give me any insight into how Sigma rose to the top so quickly? I've heard a lot about how they were middle tier not that long ago... Theyre no the huuge nationally so it's not a national status thing. They must be doing something right as a chapter

The girls started with bonding (a lot to this) with each other across all years. It's difficult for the pledges, but it creates a strong team dynamic. Many other sororities are jealous of this and say they are insular. Jealousy is just a form of respect.

Tri Sigma was the first sorority at Elon and therefore have been the most established group that girls wanted to join. They have not been middle tier as far as I know but have been bottom of top tier at some point. They have something going on because they are def top of the top tier. I don't know how they do it but I would like to know as well.

We are top tier because tea re the best group at the entire school. Everyone knows it.
