what's everyone's thoughts on aepi?

Is this a popular fraternity at sbu? I was on the Greek life page and it said that AEPi is not recognized?

Why are they unrecognized and is it a big deal if they are? I met a brother and he seemed pretty cool, is this a frat worth checking out?

What happened to them last year? Is it the deck incident?

I went to one of their parties during move in weekend and had a good time so idk about them not throwing down

What are other good fraternities at sbu? How's sammies, Spd, and tke?

Minus Aepi, I think these are all solid frats, I'd also check out kappa sig and Sigro, but you should really rush these orgs before making any decisions. We've never really mixed much with Spd so I can't comment on them.

I'd stay away from any unrecognized orgs like KBG or Aepi, Bc they're obviously not liked by campus and it could put your future at sbu in jeopardy.
