Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Stephen F. Austin State University - SFASU 5.0 did a social with them last year and i have to say they are very kind and have some cute guys and some not but that is most fraternities, they are the least jerk/douchebag guys I love them and like their house because it is decent in size (4th biggest) and is the cleanest. Top tier for sure.

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at Stephen F. Austin State University - SFASU 5.0 Great strong brotherhood with many very nice men. Love to party and have fun but know their limits unlike some other fraternities. Theta Chi is a top teir but not the best
