top three frats and sororitys

Frats: KA, TDX, Kappa Sig
sororitys: Depends. Theta and Kappa are solidly in the top three but Alpha Phi and Pi Phi go back and forth for the third spot. Pi Phi as a whole is probably more well rounded as far as the attributes you mentioned go but Alpha Phi has a lot of hot party girls.

Keep this in mind: the only people that are on this site 24/7 are aphis (hella self-promotion)

This is Stanford. Everyone's smart.
Consensus right now is:
Frats: KA (DGAF hot athletes), Kappa Sig (fratty/douchey preps), TDX (chill hipsters/stoners)
The rest: Sig Chi is country, traditional fraternity guys. Sig Nu is either the "nice guys" or the hipsters who weren't good enough for TDX. Phi Psi is nerdy but nice, fun, diverse.
Sororities: Theta (rich, hot, cliquey/exclusive), Kappa (bro-y, fun athletes), Alpha Phi (preppy/sororityty, hot party girls)
The rest: Pi Phi is also good but tends to be more quiet/conservative than the top 3 sororities. DDD are the quirky, hipster, artsy girls but aren't thought of as very attractive. XO are OK, just not very social.

Sig Nu could replace TDX if you prefer nice guys over super chill stoners, and considering the new pledge classes I'd say APhi and Pi Phi are at the same level socially.
But in general the tiers aren't a big deal at Stanford. Just trust the system and be open to all of the fraternities/sororities. Most everyone ends up where they're meant to be and they're extremely happy there.

New Year on the Farm lets get off to a great start!
Pi Phi - great house, involved on campus,
Kappa- great house, lots of star athletes, love to have a good time,
AE Phi- Good house, strong sisterhood
Tri Delta- great house, strong sisterhood, very involved on campus
Chi O- fun house, great sisterhood, involved on campus
Theta- great house, many campus leaders
Alpha Phi- newest sorority, loves to party

Hahahaha you are so clearly a scared Pi Phi. Saying "great" or "good" things about every chapter and then just "newest house, loves to party" about APhi? Your mean-spiritedness is so obvious, even cloaked in this fake nice post.

Still the same as from the summer for the most part --
Frats: KSig, KA, TDX
sororitys: Theta, KKG, APhi
KSig is its usual and TDX is as chill as ever. Theta is also about the same and APhi got a solid PC. I will say, though, that I think KA and KKG have taken hits. KA isn't as fun any more and the new guys aren't that great. KKG's sophomore PC is apparently also pretty splintered.
