Frats: KA, TDX, Kappa Sig sororitys: Depends. Theta and Kappa are solidly in the top three but Alpha Phi and Pi Phi go back and forth for the third spot. Pi Phi as a whole is probably more well rounded as far as the attributes you mentioned go but Alpha Phi has a lot of hot party girls.
