Theta dropped from top tier IMO

How far has Theta fallen since they have had two bad rushes in a row? Seems like status has really dropped since so many wild girls anymore...

It’s kinda a crapshoot when picking your girls based on their high school and the Zillow zestimate of their home address (athletes and woc being exceptions)

Don’t be ridiculous. Theta raises the most money, has the best house, has the strongest Stanford history, and all the girls are friends with everyone in top frats. So as much as pi phi and APHI hope that theta will budge. They will always be the power house that they are. And luckily they also don’t care about people’s opinions on them.
