is ka legally responsible for serving underage kid

Is KA responsible for serving an underaged kid alcohol? When TKE did that at USC they were held responsible for it when the guy walked not the freeway. Are they going to have any kind of accountability . ?

In my opinion they have some responsibility for the disaster. We will see what the law says.

I know of a fraternity that asks everybody that comes to parties what their age is. If they're underage, they mark their hands with an X. They still serve everybody, but if the cops were to show up they claim that they've marked all the underage people and if someone underage is drinking they somehow got it themselves, not through the fraternity.
