Out of the housed sororities Theta's definitely in the middle. Attracts some hot girls but they do pee on other housed sororities lawns.

They "felt awkward" about the peeing? I am sorry, but if my friends tried to do that, I would tell them that it was disrespectful and inappropriate. I was in ZAP that night, and it was a mess. Really classy, ladies.

They do pee on other sororities lawns, but that is not all Theta is about. I know quite a few girls in Theta that felt awkward about the peeing, but still love their sorority. It's unfair to quantify a sorority by something small like that - one needs to look at the whole.

I always heard they were one of the top three, so I assumed they were nice and classy. Let me just say that is way off. Last year, on the last night of rush, I was biking back to Zap when I saw them all squat on the lawns of Tri Delt and Pi Phi and pee. I honestly don't understand why someone would want to do that, but it is the opposite of classy. Also, I cannot imagine why someone would want to join a group which takes pleasure in defacing the homes of others through urination.

Most down-to-earth? Yeah....I don't know what school you go to, but I don't think it's Stanford. Theta is the opposite of down-to-earth. They are the definition of high maintenance and can come off quite snobby.

Alot of really attractive girls here, and they love to go out and have a good time. However, most of their sisterhood is splintered by pretty obvious cliques, and it is rare you see them all really have fun with one another at an event. Another point, is that alot of these girls act way hotter than they are, and are incredibly standoffish and just flat out not very interesting people.
