Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at St. Johns University - SJU 4.2 I rushed these guys but did not join, I’ll give a real an honest review. So this frat is definitely on the come up, seems that their rep is growing a lot. People on campus are always talking about phi delt and saying they have the best parties. Based on my experiences there are a wide range of brothers. The group who live in the house are the coolest, they are like the main ones of the frat. But then there are other brothers who are kinda not so cool, not that they’re bad just a different type of personality idk good kids but not popular type of kids. I mainly got along w the house group they were always a great time and we’re nice to me. Seemed like the whole frat got along didn’t see any problems. Mainly ended up not joining because Ik they got in trouble w the school at the time but seems like they are ok now also felt like it wasnt the right time for me to join a frat. Overall the main guys are really great and the frat is def on the come up
