Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at St. Johns University - SJU 4.9 Overall super cool guys. They seem to have a good connection and are easy to talk to. Definitely one of the better frats at the Harvard of Queens. Genuinely nice.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at St. Johns University - SJU 3.7 Their younger guys are super dope but a lot of the older guys are weird, not in a super bad way but like in a way that they seem like they are too old for the frat lifestyle like they wouldn’t be able to enjoy a good house party. If they keep getting people like their newer classes they will def be a high tier frat in the future
