this org has downgraded SO much and is nothing like it used to be. the president is doing a terrible job and doesn’t care to invite the alumni to any events and is instead focused on sending alum to standards 😑 and she canceled one of the major philanthropy events because she could not get people to participate 😂😂 the president and eboard are absolutely useless and need to be replaced with sisters who can actually do their jobs and actually respect the alumni. so sad to see what this org has come to and beyond embarrassing that the other orgs don’t want to be associated with dphie

A lot of sisters have had behavioral issues with university regarding harassment/bullying, by far rudest sisterhood on campus

Dphi is bottom but members know that and don't think they're better than other orgs. Most sisters get along really well and clearly there's a little bit of drama but that happens in every other org on campus too, some orgs are just more mature about it. Biggest advice to PNM's is to give dphi and other lower orgs the same chance you would give middle / top orgs because you never know what it's like when you're in.

When I rushed Dphi this semester, I always felt welcomed. Every time I talked to a sister of Dphi, they always were interested in exploring who I was as a person, which made me feel valued. They always give off a positive energy, and I could definitely see the amount of effort and work they put into their sorority. I ultimately decided to go to a different organization that I just clicked with a little more, but they definitely impressed me.

They’re a sketchy group of girls. Always drama, always sweeping it under the rug. They insult each other constantly, if you scroll down there’s sisters literally fighting on here. This isn’t a good sorority. It’s badly run, eboard sucks and clearly isn’t doing enough to make things better. You have such a bad reputation and instead of stopping, looking at what you’re doing and fixing it, you ignore it. Please for the sake of your sisters, do better. I think realistically we are all rooting for you. No one wants to see Greek life fail this bad. You make everyone look bad and that isn’t ok. Reevaluate yourselves please. Goodluck

@lol, and to everyone that expresses similar thoughts. Sororities aren’t meant to be just about being pretty. And considering the way you speak, it’s clear that if you are pretty, it’s definitely not on the inside. Stop being a bully and dragging people down as if you don’t know what effects online bullying has on people. Do you really want to be the reason someone hurts themselves? You don’t have anything more important to do than trash talk other girls and other sororities? Sororities shouldn’t be competing against each other. Everyone has their own strong suits. Maybe dphie isnt perfect but coming on here to trash talk reflects badly not just on you but on your org. I sincerely hope no one talks to you the way you talk to others. But, maybe that’s what you need for you to realize how not to treat people.

Whoever tbh and @tbh is, you make the sorority look bad. Trash talking each other on here where everyone can see? This is why everyone is talking bad about you. Deal with your issues in private rather than making your whole sisterhood look so bad.

This sorority is so trash. This is where everyone goes when they are desperate to join greek life but didn’t get bids from any other sororities. Everyone knows the girls in Dphi are the least attractive out of all the sororities and they are all awkward nerds or theater kids who do not fit the sorority girl aesthetic. You guys drag down the reputation of greek life on campus tbh and I don’t know why anyone would willingly rush for this org.

Look I’m going to be completely honest. The sorority isn’t the problem. The problem is posing as a PNM to bully your sister, yes I’m talking to you, girl specifically one whose name starts with a V, who I am tempted to name drop since they are so incredibly immature and deserve it. They are horrible and drag the sorority down. This org was thriving when some were abroad or better yet whipping up some Big Macs. Maybe dphie should focus on kicking these insecure girls out so they have a better rep. Apart from them I loved meeting everyone else.
