Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at Southeast Missouri State University - SEMO 2.4 They are barely clinging on with existence. Their guys are all decent, but they need to set priorities. They have been on probation for a while so they haven't been involved much on campus. Certain guys can be sketchy and creepy but others can be nice and great to be around. Good parties. Too much weed.
