Definitely the most rowdy fraternity out of all the fraternities. Can be very douchey but overall are the funnest people to be around and undoubtedly have the best parties. This spring's rush party was insane! With their new Executive Board I feel like they are going to turn things around after suffering a downfall the last few semesters.

If you wanna talk about falling from greatness, these guy are the best example. They have the pompous and douche attitude like they're top house but they're everything but that. They like to live in their glory days(which I've seen in my freshman year) but now they'll take almost anyone(and believe me I've seen the change). If I had the option, I would rather go to a Phi Tau party or an Asig one

I'm going to give correct rankings for all you incoming freshman: Pi Kapp used to be the unanimous Top house: Many of the cool older brothers graduated (some are still left), but their most recent pledge classes sunk the reputation down to an upper middle tier. Lost all their houses (0 parties spring semester), this coming fall they have to pick it up and start acting like real men and maybe they'll be that legendary house everyone knew again.

Not sure how this is even contested, these guys are no doubt top house. We just recently had a community service event with them and not only did I actually come to realize how attractive these guys are but they also care too. Agreed they can be douchey at times but what REAL frat doesn't have a little of that in them. Not sure if I even have to say it but their parties are uncontested. Great job guys.
