sigma chi tailgates?

Is sigma chi going to be allowed to have tailgates? I know they are in trouble but it isn't very clear what kind of trouble they will be in

No, they're on social probation and just kicked out 75+ members

They are missing out on tailgates, but also date parties formals and possibly even their philanthropy. There just isn't much they can really do..
