Based on how they are this year and how they will be as time goes on:
Delt
Sigma Chi (still top tier but falling a bit)
ATO
SAE (going down a little it seems)
Beta (on the rise)
Fiji (on the rise)
Delta Sig (going down)
Kappa Sig (good but just a bunch of partiers, need to be more involved)
Theta Chi (on the rise)
