I laugh when I see Tri delt listed this high. Maybe in history, but you can tell they have slipped. Move them down a couple. Plus they have a very mean vibe.

Will the top houses round up for GPA?

No. Not unless you have a very strong connection to actives in the houses. The top houses generally do a hard cut if you don't meet their minimum gpa.
