Pi phi falling?

Just saw that pi phi was participating in cob for the first time in basically forever. Does this mean they’re falling in the ranks? Did they do that bad during recruitment? Does this mean aphi or dg finally passed them up?

Participating in COB means nothing… Even ADPI does COB???????????? Don’t hate on Pi Phi??????
