Theta is defin not the pretties ones now a days. Someone please give me a legit reason why they are "top tier"

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Kentucky - UK 3.8 these are pretty real rankings, they took a bunch of pretty party girls in recruitment and as usual they have that attitude. they are a strong chapter though but less involved than they have been in the past.
