Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 5.0 They have everything you want in a house but remain top, middle tier because they're new. Classy guys who take brotherhood seriously. The type of guy you don't dread hearing stories about (unlike some of the others.) Girls are loving Theta Chi!

Theta Chi - ΘΧ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.8 I wish people would just score the frats they like and stop with the nasty comments. I've been very impressed with theta chi. Their guys are super nice and classy. Their parties are awesome and I will definitely go back.

If they disappeared would anyone care or even notice? Probably not. Long way for them to go, assuming you think they will ever be anything but lower middle tier. They took everyone that rushed.
