Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 3.0 Hard to give much of a rating. It was tough for you all to lose your charter and the fact that the national headquarters is refusing to help with reestablishing you on campus is making things harder still. Reach out to other chapters in KY, look at KY Beta at UL or KY ETA at NKU and see if they can help you with recruitment (nationals loves those chapters) and I'm sure you will recharter soon.

Hard to give much of a rating.
