Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 4.0 Wow, it seems like people either love them or hate them. I think they're one of the best because of how much fun they all have together, it's so lively. I don't always go to their parties, but the ones I've been to were great! Their hooch always tastes the best too.
