Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Kentucky - UK 2.0 Most of the guys I've met are very creepy and angry men. I have been to a few of their parties and did not have much fun. The guys creep on the girls at parties as well. Not very approable. Not very involved other than their haunted house. As for classiness, they pretty much dress like GDI's.
