Theta Phi has the biggest mix of girls on campus. Some are so cool and involved, others are the strangest girls you'll ever meet. As a whole Theta is very involved around campus and you always see them wearing their letters and they are all so proud to be in it which is great to see.

These are some of the nicest girls on campus. Yeah, some of them are awkward, but majority of them are really chill & cool. They aren't the most popular group of girls, but they do have a really strong sisterhood. They are really involved on campus & are always supportive of each other & other Greek organizations. I think they're often overlooked during recruitment because of their "reputation" which is getting outdated. These new girls know how to have a good time, but are still classy.

Always end up with a Theta Phi for date nights and formals they aren't all cute but neither are any of the other sorority

I'm graduating this year and after being a part of Greek life for four years I can say Theta Phi has really stepped it up. While they've always had a great sisterhood and are very involved in philanthropy events the girls had a reputation for being weird and standoffish with the SHU community. I must say the last few years they're recruited outgoing, sweet, and pretty girls. They have a bigger presence in Greek life and are more social and outgoing in general. Went from a 4 to an 8.

I hate the reputation that these girls have for being weird! They're all so nice and funny and there's some beautiful women in this organization. They've really stepped up their game over the past couple years.
