nationally phi sig is pretty well liked and respected so where did the shu chapter go wrong? these are girls who were dropped by zeta or kappa delta

Definitely the cool girls on campus. Very known with the frats. Most seem to like each other too. But they have almost no connection to other sororities or their philanthropy. It seems as though the only benefit to joining Phi Sig is for the party info.
