They do have a good brotherhood which is what the fraternity life is really about. But they aren't your typical frat. They don't throw huge parties, don't have girls always around, they kinda do their own thing. Good guys, but they don't have a strong chill to pull ratio.

Alpha Phi has been top house for a while now, during rush everyone in my group wanted them. They are very social but every Greek has been in trouble for the past year so it's hard for anyone to really socialize. There are a lot of negative comments but overall they are the best by far, especially when it comes to looks and social life.

Gphi has been top chapter for a while. They're well known & don't have the reputation of being easy and allowing guys to use them only for hookups. Classy & popular!!! I dropped out of recruitment when I didn't get asked back from gphi

Guys do great philanthropy wise and do have some sort of brotherhood that is tight. However, I think they should be watching how their pledges treat others. Even pledges can ruin a fraternities rep.

These guys are a family, they always are there for eachother. I've never met a more dedicated group of people. They care so much about their philanthropy and actually won an award from their nationals for how successful they were! Love seeing them around campus because they'll always stop just to talk and see if you're having a good day. Many of their brothers are super smart too, I know a lot of them in the nursing department.
