Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at California State University, Sacramento - CSUS 4.5 These men are fun at parties. I feel safest at these parties as a female. I can only say what I think about their brotherhood from an outside perspective, but they seem to all get along and have a strong bond to help better themselves!
