spring rush

by: Curious

I haven't attended any of the "Meet the Sisters" events for any sorority and I'm also a sophomore.. Do I have a shot at getting a bid from anyone? I just became interested in Greek life and I'm not sure if it's smart to just dive into recruitment

your chances of getting a bid as a sophomore are definitely high! if you end up doing rush and not getting a bid, but liking some sororities just go out for fall recruitment. a junior in the fall isn't too late either!

there were a bunch of sophomores in my pledge class last year no worries! only thing to keep in mind is if you go through the full cycle of formal recruitment and don't get a bid or don't want to accept the bid you get, you have to wait a full year to go through any type of recruitment again (so you wouldn't be able to go through next fall but next spring when you'd be a senior :/ )
