chances of getting a bid

What are the chances, like an actual percentage, of getting a bid from a top frat. I just want an estimate of what you guys think of getting into a top frat is. I noticed the top frats are debatable to some degree so I'll list frats I am interested in. TDX, Sigma Chi, Sig Ep, DKE, Theta Chi, Skull and Pike.

From what I've seen, the more popular frats get around 70-100+ rushes to their events. And they typically take between 15-20 guys each in the fall. If you rush everywhere, there's an ok chance that someone will take you. And if not, TKE is always an option.

Please for the love of god will you geeds stop saying dke is a top frat. They're no where near close to top, they just have a nice house. They still suck on every other level
