What's the hype with Pi Kapp they're supposedly one of the top fraternities here but I honestly dont see anything special about them.

literally a year ago they were bottom tier squids. they only came up because of their kappa sig merge and house. But now they’re losing their house and kappa heads are graduating

Only became somewhat relevant because of the Kappa Sig merger, ask some of those kids and they will even tell u they hated some of the kids.
