Is it hard to receive a bid back from most sororities? Do you have to really connect with girls in the sorority to receive a bid back or do they get that it’s hard to truly connect in a short amount of time? Tips?

I wouldn't say its hard, we're told to look for certain things when ranking girls so just really be yourself. if you're met to be there, its obvious from the beginning

Just be yourself, you dont need to know what they look for. If you’re a fit, you and the chapter will both know

Really not hard I’m in a top tier and all I did was not take it so seriously... acted like myself and was super real. Remember that they are your peers!
