du vs sae vs phi tau

Phi Tau has best relations with other frats/sororities considering theyre the only frat listed that ACTUALLY mixes with sororities, and i would say better parties (only been to Phi Tau and DU), DU has decent parties, never even heard of SAE

Phi Tau is easily the best of those places. They have fraternity and sorority relations and the guys are so much better. They also actually host a large philanthropy event. Not top tier yet but people know who they are def will get there

DU just got that house tho👀 def on the rise. I'd say SAE is the worst out of the 3. Phi tau and DU are more known.
