ranks going into fall semester

Top
1) Theta chi - still top, arguably only getting better. Recent pledge classes have seemed good. Great parties and girls like them
2) TDX - on their way back up. Good relations and they throw good parties, had a big pledge class this past spring which helped them out
3) Pike - fire dages, good relations, etc. pretty good

Upper mid
4) Chi Phi - on the come up with their new house
5) Pi Kapp - seems like they’re getting better

Mid
6) phi psi
7) chi psi

Lower mid
8) sae
9) dke
10) d phi
11) alpha sig

I can’t think of anyone else relevant

really really bad list. tdx has had horrible pledge classes and theyre kicked off anyway. theta chi is the most overhyped frat I've ever seen too. list should be like this

1. pike/chi phi
2. theta chi (on the downfall imo)
3.pi kapp
4. idek doesn't really matter though

Pike is not number 1 they’re pretty much tied with pi kapp. But what he’s saying about tdx and theta chi is true. Theta chi is overhyped. The people hyping tdx are jagoffs they’re kicked off. Yeah they’re still a little relevant but they’re not top tier anymore. Only have 30-35 guys right now and the recent pledge classes werent too good. Just plain facts
