is it true that a lot less girls are doing formal recruitment this year? and what would this mean for the sororities outside of the top 3?

Yup less girls are doing recruitment. Doesn’t impact anyone more than others quota will just be lower for everyone so if anything it means less girls will be getting bids to “the top 3” than usual since there’s less girls overall going through recruitment
