tips/advice for second formal recruitment

If youre gonna be a sophomore you still have a chance, any older might give you a harder chance with the tops. Keep the convo going with these girls and try to lead sometimes. No one likes a person who cant openly continue a convo or have it just be about your dog. Take time this fall to get involved around campus in other activities as well and dont forget about open houses too and getting a feel from everyone.

If youre going to be a junior just know that you will only be offered bids to AGD, SK and DG.

If youre going to be a sophomore, take time to know the girls, amp up your social media, get involved etc.. but even then when older nothing is guaranteed. Just because your roommate or close friends are top does not mean you will get a bid there so please go in with an open mind. All chapters are great and offer sisterhood so wherever you end up I promise youll be happy
