Chi Psi, nice house 90% of their brothers are boring. All sororities mix with them but only cause they can register it
Delta Phi, most of them are the younger Phi Delt kids the other ones are bottom tier weirdos. Sororities pay attention to them though
Pi Kapp, have like 120 brothers since merging with all of Kappa Sig. Not that great of relations but have good houses

Deta phi vs pi kap is hard to decide but they're both better options than chi psi. I'm sick of people saying they're better cause of their house, if the brothers are mad weird why would you want to join them lol

Chi Psi: An actual functioning fraternity with mixers.
Delta Phi: sketchy house parties with washed up Phi Delt kids
Pi Kapp: A tailgate backyard that cooler frats use for clout
