GPhi: youre the top dogs on campus you can be pickier with your pledges (aka phi sig is getting hotter girls when you could easily be getting them) risking to drop down
ZTA: be more inclusive, lots of your girls keep to themselves
PhiSig: be lil nicer/less stuck up
PhiMu: your sisterhood/how tight your girls are
SDT: embrass your tier, youre middle tier not bottom so try and be more social with good frats
DG: social presence, try to branch out a lil more
AGD: relax a bit, youre still new - people are gonna give you crap
SK: involvement, try to do more on campus and the rest will follow

I'd still consider them top dogs because even tho they gwyr sis are not as hot as PhiSig they're still way chiller to hang with
