what would it take to be better?

What would it take for DG and SK to attract better pledges/not be sooooo far behind the other top sororities?

Better pledges don't always make it into the top sororities. You're better off growing your brand of girls you want to represent you and work towards being established for something. Examples would be the sorority that is the most diverse and welcoming or the ones who are respected and no drama. Looks change with every pledge class and you wouldn't want a sisterhood of superficial women who just tolerate each other anyway that could be viewed as "better pledges"

Improve reputation, mix with better frats, better house, meal plan. Be more involved socially. Offer a lot of benefits and gifts to new members.

Emphasis on meal plan. Some is SK girls looks like they ate the dining hall
