real spring fraternity rankings

by:    

1) Theta Chi - cool kids, nice house, great relations and aren't retarded like other frats
2) Pike - very similar to theta chi, just don't have a house but def a great place to rush
3) Chi Phi, Phi Psi, Chi Psi, TKE - would be down lower but are all moving up bc everyone else is falling down. Chi Psi and Phi Psi have nice houses and TKE actually throws good parties
4) TDX, Kappa Sig - even tho they're both in trouble, they're still better than any other of these irrelevant frats, TDX still has good relations with sororities

kappa, tdx, and skull ware still better than chi phi, chi psi, tke, & phi psi.. skull is getting their house back, kappa isnt loosing theirs or their charter, and tdx has really good relations
