You can rush where ever you want it does not have to be recognized by the school or nationals for that matter. It really depends on what your reasons are for joining a frat. If all you want is to chill with a bunch of friends more often then its 100% worth it. The main downfall of rushing a frat thats kicked off or unrecognized is most likely the inability to put the frat on your resume (unless still recognized by nationals) which keeps you from the ability to access the network of people of the frat when looking for a job or business. If you dont care about that then by all means go for it.

Nah, frats who just got kicked off will still have parties obviously, but in a year’s time will be completely irrelevant. You also can’t compete in Keller which is kind of ass
