rushing

if you hear anything about a fraternity, good or bad, it doesnt hurt to check it out. I rushed like 12+ places as a frosh, got bids from frats in all different tiers, and made my decision between what greek rank would deem one of the best frats on campus and one of the worst frats on campus and went with where i felt i would fit into the brotherhood. I saw good things in both, and for me it was a tough decision. Im happy with what I picked, and im still friends with boys in the other frat. youll be better off making the decision on your own after giving them all a shot. or you can just go where the rep is and not fit in at all.
its good to know tho that the "top tier"s are top tier for a reason, but everyone at rutgers parties so dont let that be the only factor if you fcuk with the brotherhood.
plus get as much free food as possible

Dude, you can just say chi psi is a bunch of weird nerds and pike’s a bunch of brain dead jocks (obviously there are exceptions)

not to mention every frat has a different vibe that greek rank wont tell you about. its weird but youll see, for example, walking into Chi Psi vs walking into Pike, two different groups of guys, nothing bad to say about either but definetly for two different types of rushes. if you mesh well with a frats vibe, rush it harder, and if you dont, eat their food and get to know the other guys in the frat you like. just dont come off like a try hard
