TIER 1

Theta Chi- Some weird kids, brotherhood tight but not enough to fight,
good parties, sorority relations are good.

Skull- Probation is only thing holding them back from being no.1.

Kappa Sig- Yes. They have actually made it to top 3. Who would have
thought....all jokes aside...good parties, great house,
next couple pcs really important for them bc they could be
no.1 if they get more cool brothers but still a tight
brotherhood nonetheless.

TIER 2

Chi Phi- They need a house.

Chi Psi- They REALLY need their house.
