With all jokes and opinions aside what are the top tier fraternities and the ones that could rise in a few semesters to become top tier

In all honestly the top 5 frats going into next semester are 1) Theta Chi 2) Pike 3) Skull ( idk if they can take a PC cus of probation ) 4) Kappa Sig 5) Chi Phi .. All of those frats throw down, and have relations with some or all top sororities. Only one without a house is Pike & Chi Phi
